However, you can place an order through our online store, 24 hours a day/7 days a week, year-round. SPECIAL ORDERS We are happy to assist you in finding items not listed in our on-line store. Please call to discuss the items you need and whether we can get them for you. All freight and any additional charges for special orders are the responsibility of the customer and will be reflected on the bill. We do not accept returns on special order items. E-MAIL CONFIRMATION When you place an order through the on-line store, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your order within 24 hours. However, in the event an item is back-ordered, it will be shipped as soon as possible by Standard Express. SHIPPING INFORMATION Standard Express: In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3 - 6 business days after order is received. Guaranteed Express: For in-stock merchandise, M & J Outfitters will expedite your order to be delivered within 2 - 3 business days after your order is received. We may utilize air service or expedited ground service. Overnight Air Express: In-stock orders placed by 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time (Monday through Friday) will be delivered the next business day. For this service, add $20 to Standard Express rate (Add $30 for AK and HI).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY Within 10 days of purchase follow the instructions on the invoice received with your order. Return items via UPS or the US Postal Service (Parcel Post) with delivery confirmation. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. Please DO NOT send your package COD, by air or via mail service (i.e., The UPS Store or Pack-n-Mail). After 10 days, returns will be accepted subject to inspection.
